• Order Verification : Before processing your order, you will receive a detailed estimated proposal and full information regarding your project. The buyer must verify these. GLOBAL METALS USA INC reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
• Order Cancellation : Orders and materials cannot be canceled or returned without written permission.
• Payment Terms : Full payment must be made according to the terms detailed in the contract before we begin working on your project.

Contract and Payment

• Contract Signing : No work begins without a signed contract. Additional charges will be incurred for any extra materials or details not included in the original proposal.
• Cancellation Policy : If a client cancels the order after signing the contract, the client is responsible for payment of all material and labor costs cited in the contract.
• Data Privacy and Security : GLOBAL METALS USA INC values mutual benefit, trust, and growth. We respect your privacy and secure our network using the latest IT technology. No information is collected unless provided by you, the site user.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping Responsibility : Shipping and handling charges are not included in the contract estimate price and are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Shipping Consultant : Our shipping consultant will calculate your project site’s shipping and handling fees and provide a complete price quote.
• Inspection : Buyers should inspect all items received for shipping damage before accepting delivery. All products are inspected and tested before shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.

International Payment Terms

• We accept wire transfers and payments denominated in US dollars and Euros. All bank transfer charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Sales Tax

• All orders must include the appropriate USA sales tax. The buyer is responsible for paying all applicable sales tax charges on orders shipped to any state or country unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented.

Company Policy
